Shipment of Returns
You must arrange for shipment of the product(s) on your own. Please use a service that provides tracking such as FedEx or UPS and retain the tracking number until the credit has been issued. This will be your proof of return. In some cases, for an additional fee, the supplier or Eternal Mobility can arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your location or provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all returns, other than defective product(s) or erroneously shipped items, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs.
We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in the event that it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, since Parentgiving will not be responsible for any losses or damages during return shipping.
Customers returning orders that had free shipping will be required to pay the $7.95 shipping fee to cover the order cost for Eternal Mobility to ship.
